Kai Hei is honoured to be appointed as Expert Advisory at Muisc Office, LCSD, Hong Kong Government.
Joining The Education University of Hong Kong and The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
He is also appointed as staff Ensemble-in-Residence at his Alma Mata, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He will be responsible for giving chamber music coaching, guest lectures and provide workshops for undergraduate composers.

Music Appreciation and Concert: Bach Cello Suite I in HKCC Church 30/3/2024;
Duet Concert in Palace Museum, West Kowloon Cultural District 5/5/2024;
A series appearance as a guest cellist in Hong Kong Sinfonietta in April and May 2024.
International Summer Cello Intensive
Together with 4 international cellists and professors, Kai Hei is a co-founder and director of the 1st International Summer Cello Intensive in Hong Kong, which will be held on 1-3 August. Festival will includes 1-1 tuition; lectures and cello ensemble experience.

Hong Kong Youth Music Camp 2023
Kai-hei was invited to conduct the string orchestra Hong Kong Youth Camp 2023.
Hong Kong Art Festival 2023
Kai-hei will be performing in three HKAF productions this year, one of the most reputable music festivals in Hong Kong. He will be playing as soloist in E-Orch Musiking in HKAF X Taikwun (Feb 26); Sheng World Music Mar 5 at Hong Kong City Hall; Dance Opera Love Streams (Mar 17-19) in HKAPA as a member of HKNME.
